If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Step 1: Initiate the Return/Exchange

    Share your Order ID and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

    Ensure the item(s) are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
    Include a copy of your order confirmation email or invoice inside the package.
  • Step 3: Ship Your Package
    Securely pack your items in a box or envelope.

  • Step 4: Inspection & Processing
    Once we receive your package, our quality team will inspect the items.
    Refunds (if applicable) will be processed and credited withinΒ 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
    Exchanges will be shipped promptly after inspection.
  • Step 5: Exchange Policy
    Exchange Request should be made within 10 days of receiving your order with genuine photos and genuine reason mentioned. Also mail to the official Id .Then our team will inspect and verify the product then the exchange product will be delivered to you within 7-10 days .
